You can set your company logo and name in the Design Defaults screen. Click on the form logo box to upload your logo and enter your company name in the box below
Switch the Advanced Background Settings on to customize your background color/image. You can select to tile, cover or contain your background image
You can preview your custom changes in the preview pane on the same screen
