To start creating fresh forms, you will require an internet connection.  Forms are often sent as a URL so you will require whoever is filling out your form to have an internet connection as well.  They can click on the URL which will take them to your kick ass form to complete and submit.

Browser Requirements

Easy Peasy Forms is a web-based data collection system that provides state-of-the-art form solutions and services. For accessing a form, you can use any browser (that supports JavaScript) running on any type of operating system i.e. Windows, Mac, Linux, etc.  The supported (but not limited to) browsers are Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari, Opera, and Internet Explorer 9.0 or higher.

Note: You must enable “JavaScript” and “cookies” on your browser for proper opening of a form. Cookies will help in revisiting and reopening of partially completed forms.

Easy Peasy Forms is fully compatible with smartphone browsers that support JavaScript. Go nuts!

Sometimes you might need to clear your browser cache to view updates and changes within the app. Follow the steps below dependent on your browser

Chrome:

• 1. Go to chrome://chrome/settings/clearBrowserData
  2. Tick on “Empty the Cache”
  3. Choose “From the Beginning of time”
  4. Click “Clear Browsing Data”
• Internet Explorer (IE):
  1. Click the “Tools” menu bar.
  2. Choose “Internet Options”
  3. On the “General” tab,
  4. Click “Clear History”
  5. When it asks, “Delete all items in your History folder?”
  6. Click “OK”
• Safari on OSX:
  1. Click Safari
  2. Click Reset Safari
  3. Uncheck everything but “Remove All Website Data”
  4. Click Reset
• Safari on Windows:
  1. Click the “Cog” on the right side of the search bar
  2. Click Reset Safari
  3. Uncheck everything but “Remove All Website Data”
  4. Click Reset
• Opera:
  1. Click Opera
  2. Click Preferences
  3. Click Advanced
  4. Click History
  5. Click the “Empty Now” button in the same row as Disk cache

Yes, if a normal Form “JavaScript” embed is not working on your Joomla page, you can turn-off your Joomla setting to allow for HTML and JavaScript code.  This makes Easy Peasy Forms compatible with Joomla without the use of a Plugin.

The “Trail/Free account” period on Easy Peasy Forms is 15 days. You can enjoy these 15 days (trail period) with almost every available option.

You will be warned, if you are violating the terms of services by collecting sensitive data like Credit card information, Bank account information, Social security numbers, Passport numbers, Driver’s license numbers, Tax identification numbers, Usernames, Passwords collection, File uploads that are, or could be collecting any sensitive information.
